Fake IPS Service text parcel notifications, which claim the recipient's parcel has been stopped for unpaid customs fees, are scams to steal their potential victims' personal and financial information.

"We tried to deliver your parcel IPS016448296CA, but there is an unpaid customs fee. Please follow the instructions here: 08o.me/Xw1OZ"

fake IPS (International Parcel Service) website, which automatically entered the so called tracking number and then wanted personal details and ask for a customs fee, The link in the text.
