With such situations in mind, Google offers different ways you can access your Gmail messages offline. To learn how to access your Gmail account offline, you can follow these steps.

1. Sign in to your Gmail account using the Google Chrome browser.

2. Click on the Settings icon at the top right.

3. From the menu, click on the View all settings option.

4. From the horizontal menu bar at the top, click Offline.

5. Select the Enable Offline Mail check box.

6. Choose your schedule for offline messages and select your preference.

7. Click Save changes.

After this process, you can see your messages while offline by going to email on Google Chrome browsers, Apart from this, there is also a way you can download an archive of your Gmail messages. To learn how to download your Gmail messages, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your Google account on any web browser and sign in to your Google account.

2. Click Manage your data and personalization.

3.Click the Download your data option under the Download, delete or make a plan for your data section.

4. Select the products for which you want to create an offline archive. If you only want to download your messages from Gmail, uncheck all and click the checkbox next to Gmail.

5. If you want to download a specific type of mail, you can do so through the All Mail Data Embedded option.

6. Scroll down and tap Next Step.

7. Choose a file format to download as well as your preferred delivery method.

8. Scroll down and click Create Archive.
