How to add addresses to your contacts on Google Maps
Google Maps offers additional features beyond just finding a location on your smartphone, which can help you find and avoid crowded areas, check toll rates, add your contacts to Google Maps, and more.
But there may be times when you
need to visit some specific address more frequently, such as the homes or
workplaces of your family and friends, and in these cases, adding an address to
your contacts list in Google Maps can help you save some time.
Add an address to a Google contact
1. Open the Google Maps app on
your Android device.
2. Find address.
3. Click on the title below.
4. Click on the option: Label.
5. Enter the name of the person's
contact saved in your Google Account. If you haven't already saved the contact,
tap the Create Contact option.
6. Select the option to include the address as the home, workplace, or other address of your contact (you can create a new label).
The saved addresses of your
contacts on Google Maps can also be changed, hidden or removed whenever you
want.
