I got my ethernet cable connected to my pc, I'm trying to download a game, and it takes 10 minutes with my optic fibre 300MBs speed on the router.

But when I download a Steam game, it peaks and hangs around 15MBs and it downloads 1 GBs at like 30 seconds, but chrome takes years to download 171 MBs.

why it's Chrome so slow?

I just cleared the cache , but it's not enough.

And even uploading a 10 GBs video, it took 5 minutes in youtube, why?

here it is how to fix Google Chrome Slow Download Speed, with some simple steps.
